Comprises all medical services which the medical specialist in his office, without or with simple therapeutic appliances (in his suitcase, for example),renders, in view of the patient´s complaints and symptoms, on behalf of which he visited the medical specialist, or has been brought to him, and in view of complaints and symptoms which occur during the therapy.

Comprises reception, farewell, no specially charged consultation and medical examination, no specially charged executions (for example: certain injections, bandages, and the like), accompaniment and delivery (including arrangement) to auxiliary personnel concerning administration, technical and curative services, drug delivery (in emergency situations and often as initial service”), in relation to consultation an immediate antecedent/subsequent inspection of files.
